Launch of 24x7 Support

We've taken our support to the next level - our support is now available 24 hours a day! We've always prided ourselves on excelling in supporting our customers which we do by keeping technology at the heart of our company. Our engineers are involved in the design, deployment and the support of our solutions out in the field. So when you pick up the phone, you won't be talking to a call centre, rather to an engineer who spends their time with the same equipment you use.  

Building on our 7-day a week offering, we are very pleased to be launching 24x7 support so that the same senior engineers you can speak to in the day can now be available at any time of day or night to help you whether with a small, critical system or a whole infrastructure.
